I was in the single attic room and shower did not get very hot. Sink so small you can’t fill kettle other than with the cup. Budget room, comfortable and clean overall so was pleased for the price.

Very nice facility in a nice part of town. Room was comfortable with everything we needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Not super close to downtown, but a short drive, or an easy walk to busses.

We loved our night at Egan’s guesthouse! We arrived early and could not check in but they let us rest in the sitting room and store our bags while we went out for lunch. The room was perfect for 3 best friends traveling together! And the garden was the best part! Beautiful flowers and so many charming little bees!

Only booked for one night as flying from Dublin the following day. Arrived late at night but was still met by night porter, making it a very easy check-in . Rooms were perfect for our needs and the breakfast the following morning was lovely.

Great location in proximity to the airport, which was great since the petrol protests in Dublin had me worried I would miss my flight. I wish I had spent more than one night here to be able to enjoy being walking distance to the gardens and zoo!

Great room for the price. A bit out dated, lots of stairs to reach the super family room which was a bit difficult for older members travelling with bags. One of the bathroom towels had a hole in it. Beds were comfortable

I stayed one night in a small but perfectly formed Single Bedroom. It was cosy and the en-suite bathroom was modern. It was great to have a kettle and coffee/tea in the bedroom. The lounge area was comfortable also. The guest house is in a good location between Botanic Gardens and Dorset Street. Thanks.
