8/10 Very good

We always use the Magnusen for our overnight stay when we pass through ironwood
Steven, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Not worth it!

Except the check in process rest of the hotel needs an upgrade. Bedsheets were worn out, towels too small and rough, room smelled damp. Toiletries were cheap.
Nimesh, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Kiosk check in....very strange experience.
Jeanette, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Kiosk check in. That was a first for me. Went smoothly.
Kim, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Mad I wasted money booking this place

Had to move me around in rooms then the room I got put in the lights didn’t work and the tv didn’t work as well as getting taken from my king room I booked and getting put into a queen room I will not be staying again
Travis, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is the old hotel. Hotel water was OK. AC as OK. But there was no person there. They used Kiosk to check in. But, if you want a cheap hotel. This hotel could go no wrong. I was happy with the stay, but not the atmosphere.
Yee, 1-night trip

Good place to sleep

Checkin was easy and quick. Hotel was clean. Strong cleaning smell in lobby which was unpleasant. We stayed on night and it met our needs.

10/10 Exceptional

Funny thing is when you walk in, no one is there it’s a screen monitor and you talk to someone on screen.
Sidney, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Looks like they are working on a facelift of the building.
William, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was a quiet and clean place to stay. Security was good and there were options for dining close. Overall good experience.
Gena, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff were friendly good breakfast and quiet. It unique check in.
CRAIG, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

The carpet felt like it was shampooed but had not been extracted properly. It felt weird so we wore shoes until bed. Microwave had dried ramen inside. Bathroom corners had a build up of grime. Bathroom sink had scant trickle for hot and cold. We washed hands in the shower. Bedding was clean and staff was friendly.
Martin, 2-night trip

Would never stay at magnuson. Bad location, terrble breakfast, no direct contact Everything is done on a screen including getting room key. Breakfast was yogurt, juice you can pour in a glass and coffee. Second day there no yogurt left. Very poor experience.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good basic bed and bath for a good price
Mitchell, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Will never stay there again. Property is run by individuals from another country who you can hardly understand check in was done virtually and the person didn’t quite know how to operate it. My check-in took approximately a half hour maybe a little less, but I was there a long, long time trying to get just checked in
George, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very nice. People and services were very nice as well
sherry, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Check in was easy at the kiosk.
Wayne, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

This hotel has potential. Appears as though it may be under new ownership/management. It was clean and comfy, and we would stay here again if in the area. Could benefit from some minor upgrades in the bathroom, other than that our stay here was fine.
Kris, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

adequate
David, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

I hate using kiosks. Then we checked in with our service animal and a couple of hours later, they wanted to move us upstairs to a new room. People with service animals are disabled. Stairs are not our friends. I didn't move. Hire English speaking clerks who answer the kiosk. Better yet, get rid of the kiosk. No breakfast. Relatively quiet but there were only about 4 cars in the parking lot. Room was clean and well stocked.
Exceptionally, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Smelled musty, also smelled like someone had a party and their continental breakfast needed some improvement!
Amanda, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

It was so so, no clock, small tv and a wobbly refrigerator
Elayne, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Disgusting, dirty and poor staff!! Walked out and found a different hotel to stay. Would never recommend this place!!!
Andrea, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We visit our hometown Ironwood often. Sometimes we stay here, getting 2 rooms. The rooms are comfortable. I'm glad you accept dogs! Maybe add some bushes, flowers (even if fake plastic flowers), some decor to make the outside look lively, inviting. The lobby is decorated with cute Halloween trimmings!
Jean, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I didn't even stay it was horrible, I went to a different hotel
