Very clean and comfortable hotel, very well located and in a safe area. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was varied. There is tean and coffee available in the lobby all day and a lovely raco place opposite the hotel! Overall quiet however from 5am it does get noisy with sirens, cars honking, traffic but this is mid-town and nothing the hotel can do about it.

Amazing location, this is for sure the main pro of this hotel. The room space is in average for NY, it offers what is needed for a short stay - to me 5 days is the maximum. The staff works very well, due to the fact there are high number of rooms. This generates pain points like a big line for elevators and breakfast, with long time of waiting.

The rooms are fine but sooo tiny! No place to even open up my suitcase other than on the bed And the bathroom has a sliding door and no soundproofing from the bedroom so it’s a bad spot if more than one person is staying in the room. We had a great 5 night stay at TownePlace Suites. The property is centrally located - perfect for exploring Manhattan by foot or metro. The staff were friendly, accommodated a late checkout and overall very communicative. The property is modern, clean, and there were nice touches like tea/coffee in the lobby and breakfast buffet each morning. The only complaint is the elevators - long wait times meant we usually took the stairs as we were only 8 floors up. We would stay here again!
