The room was not that big but not that small either. There was a lot of noise on out first night tho, moving furniture and stuff like that. The location was a little bit far from Milan Central but closer to Duomo & Navigli canal. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special, they served the same selections in the 4 days we were there, but the breakfast staff were very kind. There is a supermarket just across the street and just few blocks from a playground.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel since May and even though they are undergoing some internal maintenance and redecorating I am still amazed by how clean they keep the hotel. The staff is flawless. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone in the Milan area. Very handy for Linate airport as it is about a 40-45minute taxi ride away.

We’ve booked a room for 3 people however all the consumables in the room are only for 2 people. Lots of hair was found in the bed, disgusting. The toilet is still wet when we get in not a good feeling. Big supermarket to the opposite and walkable distance to the bus stop and train station which is nice.

Unable to provide synthetic bedding

I arrived late and the staff assured me that my bedding was synthetic as requested, due to a feather allergy. When I got to the room it was all feather. House keeping found me one synthetic pillow but no synthetic duvet! I spent a cold night under a pile of sheets! Reception didn’t even bother to address it when I complained at check out…
