The first room we checked into had cockroaches, tiles coming up in the bathroom and damaged walls. I went to the front desk and the front desk agent walked me through a few other rooms to switch to and we switched to another room that we didn’t see any signs of roaches in. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet, but we checked out as soon as possible in the morning and skipped on the breakfast.

Watch your belongings when you stay here. Be careful. I filed a police report. The positive side of our stay was the courteous and professional front desk and staff. The breakfast was on the meager side. The coffee was extremely watered down. We found our rooms to be clean but the furniture is worn out with graffiti.

Good mattress & clean

The clerk checking us in was extremely pleasant, polite, and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the mattress. Bath room was tiny. A larger person or an unsteady person would not have been able to navigate closing the door without falling over the tub and toilet. The clerk that had breakfast duty was not helpful at all. We asked him three times to turn the tv down or off because it was so loud. He finally did. Who knew the switch for the tv was linked to the light switch!? Breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs,link sausage, fry cereal & milk, juices, tea & coffee, and yogurt.

Good customer service. However, this hotel is rundown and smelled unpleasant as soon as I entered the lobby. The bathroom sink faucet was broken/loose and overall seemed unclean. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed. Please be warned.

The security lock for our room door was broken and the pool still said "closed for the winter" even though it was 98 degrees outside. Their free breakfast included a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, petrified sausage links and cereal. No Muffins or Danish. We only stayed one night and chose a hotel that didn't cost allot so I guess we got our money's worth.

Mold on shower ceiling. Bathroom so small one had to open door all way then step in then close. “No Smoking “ room REEKED of smoke. Animal urine smell coming from carpet, chose this motel for pool—pool out of order. Requested handicap ahead of time—none available. Our family would NEVER stay here again. Seemed as if the owner/host/manager could care less about their guests.

Find another hotel

Towels were not routinely exchanged. Room was not routinely cleaned. Rough laborer clientele that cooks and drinks and parties outside the hotel in the evening. Think I got athlete's foot from the tub. No coffee in the early morning. Continental breakfast is the worst I've ever encountered. I'm a frequent-stayer...this is the worst Quality Inn experience of my life. I'd have complained but nobody was at the front desk most of the time and I could not understand their accent.
