Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. Such a great cottage that had everything we needed. Super clean, warm, walking distance to the ticket booths for Iwatake and Hakuba Brew Pub! So much room and comfort. Bathroom was great, the kitchen super clean and had everything we needed. Next time we'll load up the little fridge and not have to rely on going out for dinner so much.
