We had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and were especially accommodating with our toddler. The hotel is in a great central location, with everything you need close by. Our room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The hotel parking was also reasonably priced considering the location. Breakfast was okay but could have had a better selection, although the breakfast staff were fantastic and very helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were v friendly. My room was ready a little earlier so 1 was able to check in and take in a Valencia FC game (stadium only 2 stops away on metro) Hotel in excellent location. Close to transport links (main train station and Xavita Metro stop both a short walk away) and city sights. Plenty of food and drink options nearby. Breakfast had excellent range and again staff v friendly on arrival. The room was great size- had room safe and shower was also fantastic.Bright and clean. There was a TV but I never used as city had too much to offer!!. 2 lifts also mean you're not waiting long. Would highly recommend and will use again when I return to Valencia- an amazing city well worth a visit.

Hotel was an excellent location for the city, the old town and the square, plenty of restaurants in close proximity, bedrooms very spacious, some of the furniture was looking a little tired, beds comfortable and bathroom was great with good toiletries. Location was great - very central. Bathroom was relatively new, with a good size shower and products. Bedroom itself was quite small & furniture was dated. Cleanliness was average, maybe not the level you’d expect of a 4 star hotel. We had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned upon check in, as in certain areas it was not that clean. Breakfast was okay, good selection but disappointing that the only coffee was nespresso machine and not made to order. Lobby bar was expensive - We paid over £20 for two drinks with minimal selection available. Would likely not return to this hotel.
