We have stayed at the hotel several times before and were always very satisfied and loved it. We don’t know what’s going on — whether the management has changed or something else is happening at the moment.
The staff can hardly speak German. When checking in, you now have to enter and register everything yourself on a tablet, even though we are regular guests and already registered. We find this very inconvenient.
The bathroom was also not cleaned properly.
Out of three elevators, two were out of order.
No money left for electricity?
In addition, breakfast is no longer included, and you end up paying significantly more for everything including breakfast. The beloved breakfast buffet is gone, and you can now only choose from fixed breakfast menus (€19 per person).
The breakfast was good and plentiful, but we noticed a lot of unnecessary food waste.
On top of that, the staff were completely overwhelmed, both in terms of language and the number of guests, and we had to wait a long time to get a table and then again for the breakfast to arrive.
Our advice to management: go back to the old system.
Otherwise, you’ll lose your customers.
We, for our part, won’t be coming back.
