I had a great stay here in September 2026 and cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby and close to several Metro stops. Staff were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily. The rooms were clean and had very nice modern finishes (AC, elevator access, and free wifi were also pluses), although the rooms were a little small it was perfect as a solo traveler! Great value for the price, would definitely stay here again.

An amazing hotel! Rooms are very cute, not huge but that’s the norm for Paris. Bathroom was surprisingly large. Room was silent with the windows closed, A/C worked really well. Location was great, many metro’s near by, easy to walk most anywhere. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay in a lively Paris neighborhood, but on a quiet street which lent itself to a very good nights sleep. Stayed during some hot weather, but no worries - AC in the room worked amazingly well. Would stay again!

We just spent 3 nights at Fior D'Aliza and had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, we were met by the sweetest and most competent receptionist (Ness). She really made us feel special and welcomed - and her birthday surprise in our room was very moving. THANK YOU, Ness! The room itself (101) was really cute and clean, but VERY small (fitting 2 suitcases in there was a challenge). The bed was extremely comfortable and it was made daily, which was nice. The bathroom was also small, but the shower was super with great water pressure. It would have been nice with a place to put our toilet bags in the bathroom. The location is perfect - lots of restaurants and transportation possibilities. We highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning in the future.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The property is in a safe, quiet, yet easily accessible location. Our room was comfortable and had what we needed. There was an odour in the hallway to our room the first couple of days but eventually it went away. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay!

Good location. Quiet at night. Lots of places to eat & 3 Metro stations close by. Reception was attentitive. No fridge in room had to go down each morning for milk for coffee. We were in tiniest room, suitable only for 2-3 days. Bed very comfy & good linen, large white towels

Great last minute Paris find! Our room was tiny but worked for a few nights. Lorenzo at the front desk was very helpful answering our questions. Clean space and close to a great part of the city. If breakfast was a little cheaper, we would have partaken in the hotel’s offerings.
