Every member of staff was smiley and helpful. The hotel met our needs of being close to th waterfront and transport links. It was clean and organised. Having a sea view room was wonderful but take ear plugs if you go to bed before the nightlife nearby has finished. Breakfast had hot and cold options. If you want something specific, I'd suggest not having breakfast included as there are so mamy eateries nearby.

The room was clean, however, not the best place to stay. Could use some huge upgrades. The shower had very low pressure and was not great for me height even though I am 6’1”. Location was a key factor. It is within walking distance for the Valletta Ferry and easy location to grab a Bolt. I wouldn’t stay here again however unless they did some upgrades to the rooms. It was overpriced for what the rooms were.

Great view if you get seafront room. Pool and rooftop area was out of action , not stated when I made the booking so disappointed on that. Cooked breakfasts good. Rooms tired decor, damaged floor and wall tiles, sink. Fire alarm went off two nights in row around 2am, earlier alarm call than I’m used to.

Would not recommend. Good location on water front. Hotel is tired, poorly equipped and shoddy. Bed was hard and covered with thin single sheet. AC not cooling room, just blowing warm air. Asked for service for AC - no improvement. It was cooler in the corridor. Breakfast felt like school lunch served behind Perspex wall and passed around. Juices could not be watered down any more. Furniture in room was old. Bathroom felt dirty and drains smelled when first used. Better options, and lower prices available off the Strand.

The room was dated, however clean...nice view overlooking the sea...nosey at night. Breakfast was dreadful...no choice and had to wait to be served...cold!! This is the 16th time we have been to Malta..last minute booking so our normal hotel was booked up...will not stay here again, not the 4 star quality we are used to 😏

Location good. Breakfast good, you could take anything you want but it was behind the staff. Room was old but clean. Window was giving inside the building, to the corridor, so you had to keep curtains closed all the time. The stay was okay overall, but there are several areas that need improvement, especially considering comfort and facilities. Breakfast: The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which is a nice inclusion. However, the selection was exactly the same every day, which became repetitive after a short stay. Staff: The staff were a highlight of the experience. They were nice, approachable, and always willing to help when needed. Room: We booked a room with four single beds, and it was adequate in terms of space. However, the room felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation. Bathroom The bathroom was disappointing. The toilet had visible cracks, and overall the fixtures and features felt old and worn. On a positive note, basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and a shower cap were provided. Air Conditioning: This was the worst part of the stay. The air conditioning was not working properly and was blowing hot air even when set to cool or fan mode. When we asked staff to check it, we were told this is how it works due to the hot air outside, which was not a satisfactory explanation. Wardrobe: The wardrobe was old and had an unpleasant smell, so we chose not to use it at all. Ventilation & Surroundings: We had to keep the windows and balcony door open to get some fresh air, but this created other issues. There was a smoking area directly below, so we often had to close them again. Additionally, flies would come into the room, making it uncomfortable.

Decent - serviceable.

Incredible location. So many bars, cafes, shops and restaurants around. Very close to all public transportation (to and from airport, as well as all over the island.) The lobby/breakfast area and bar are all gorgeous. The gentleman working at the front desk when I checked in was so friendly and helpful. The only thing I will say is the property (well, at least my room) is slightly worn down. The air conditioning didn't really work in my room and it was very warm. The toilet didn't flush properly and the water ran. The wifi in my room was very weak and barely worked. However - the place is still VERY serviceable for a quick stay. Price is right, and had way more positives than negatives. Those were more just minor inconveniences. Oh, if you get the "sea view", it's fascinating. The balcony in my room was divine. Highly recommend that.

Very clean, room service daily. Great staff even the cleaners were friendly. We ate mainly in the Seashore and breakfast in the restaurant looked very good although we only had a light meal of fruit or toast. We opted for a room with a balcony but found that it was too hot to use until the afternoon, even then we could only cope with about 20 minutes. Also discovered that you cannot release the sliding door from the balcony to the room from the balcony, if you close it fully. Had to contact reception to get someone up to open it from inside the room. There ought to be a warning about that. If we had not had a phone with us we could have been trapped 5 floors up. It would also have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room

Bed broken on arrival, had to pay €12 to get kettle and tea coffee sugar in room,was told breakfast attendant that i couldn't take a cup of milk to room 😕 aircon in broken bed room sounded like a jet plane, quieter in room we moved to until the last night, then it too went loud!! Hotel is very dated, definitely not 4star!! Hotel next door is way better 😌
