I would definitely like to highlight the following positives: a quick and easy check-in, three operational elevators, and a relatively good breakfast. On the other hand, I wasn't happy with the bathroom, which looked rather poorly maintained — the shower with its curtain was pure torture. The furniture was rather dated, the room had carpet flooring, and the fruits and vegetables at breakfast were fresh but far from being tasty. Additionally, the breakfast area felt very crowded around 9 AM.

The hotel rooms are tired, the wifi doesn't work. The swimming pool is grossly overstated in the photos. The rooftop pool is quite tiny. There's a "hot tub" that doesn't seem very clean and an additional pool of water full of algae with no barrier to get into that "you shouldn't touch". The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. However, I stayed at three hotels in Buenos Aires, and this was not a great hotel when it comes to dollar value. There's much better options in this price range.

Our room was from the previous century and had thorn carpets, leaking taps, a musty smell, non-controllable air conditioning, and very slow escalators. However, the breakfast was okay, and the cleaning was good. The location is in the middle of the city and very accessible but very crowded. It seems like they have a few better rooms for advertisement purposes. This is not a four-star hotel as advertised.
