Even do we knew about the huracan that lately stroke Acapulco...this property was really really in very bad condition...the outside it wasn't too bad but the rooms...they werenot very pleasant.

Overall I liked it. Close to the better beach attractions, but old fashioned in service. Needs to upgrade to more modern service, kitchen supplies (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.) TVs, and better pools maintenance,. Very good in price. Staff very friendly. In a scale 1 to 10, I give them a 7.

Horrible costumer service from the moment we got to the parking lot . Only reason we did not leave because kids we had in our group were extremely tired . The hotel is old / dirty / front desk are rude . Will never stay at this hotel again . I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I had to .

Lo que no me gustó es que en ningún lado comentan que las instalaciones están repletas de escaleras, en caso de llevar a alguien con la mínima discapacidad se vuelve un tormento Al igual que se publicitan, que cuentan con estacionamiento, lo que nunca dicen es que es muy pequeño y queda sujeto a disponibilidad, lo que repercute en que tú auto se quede estacionado en la calle.

El aire acondicionado era muy viejo y hace un ruido muy fuerte y molesto que no te deja dormir. Para bajar a la playa el acceso es difícil y para regresar al hotel son alrededor de 100 escaleras, tengo 59 años y una lesión en la rodilla y no me permitieron utilizar el elevador porque no califico como persona de la 3a edad

Me gusta el hotel, solo que en esta ocasión durante nuestra estancia no tuvimos línea telefónica, y dos días no tuvimos T.V. Solo una persona nos hizo caso y nos dio los motivos eso fue un dia antes de salir. Tuvimos la mala fortuna de quedarnos sin luz, pedimos al restaurante apoyo para calentar algo, y nos negó el servicio.
