We had to book some where else that evening. I want my money back since we couldn't even stay there or get checked in properly. I'm very disappointed.

Had a nice, "up-north" feel to it with the fire place, decor, furniture, etc. It was in a very convenient location as well, close to the downtown area of Santa Fe, and right across the street from a nice park that offered great views of the city and sunsets.
