Very family-friendly hotel with something for everyone. The indoor play area for kids is absolutely superb, and the entire property is picturesque and beautifully maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable. One area that could use some attention is the hallway carpet on the ground level, which appears to be due for replacement. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

This resort-style hotel offered an exceptional retreat. The pool area was impeccably maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The comfortable bedding ensured a restful night's sleep. Our young traveler enjoyed the petting zoo and outdoor playground. The grounds were well-maintained, allowing for an enjoyable long walk in the cooler evening.

Great place to stay while visiting the area. So much to do around Orford, Magog and other towns close by. Hotel itself was clean and quiet. It does need some TLC on the outside but did not disappoint. The kids playroom room was an awesome addition your kids will love it.

This place was just "ok". Very nice and accommodating staff. Most speak English which was great! And very helpful! Unfortunately, my room wasn't very clean! Not the bedding but the floors!! I, fortunately, walked around in my socks then saw ALL the hairs gathered and stuck to my socks. I was flabbergasted!! The only other issue was that the bathroom sink didn't drain. I mentioned it to the front desk and saw the gent make a note that it would be taken care of, but nada! Our last day/night, elevator didn't work. It is what it is. These things happen BUT, the floor?? Naw, just a swifter would have taken care of that.

The room had been updated and was nice. The hallways and dining areas also need updating. The carpet is old, stained and worn. Paint chips on the ceiling in the outdoor seating area. They had a very limited menu and the food was OK. The pool looked good and has a slide. We didn't have the opportunity to use it but others were enjoying it. It was in good proximity to Mt Orford which we planned to hike. The staff was very pleasant.

The staff was helpful, the rooms spacious and clean. The issue was the dining room it was not open for our two night stay, Monday and Tuesday. Other arrangements were made. The snack bar was closed on the Tuesday due to possible rain weather, however it didn’t rain (the snack bar is outside) so no drinks were available and the vending machines did not work. Missed the fine print that breakfast was not included and paid 25.00 for a small plate. The actual hotel is nice if you are well prepared and stocked up on snacks and drinks.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this property. Let's get one thing out of the way - it's showing its age. It's not by any means modern. But, it's clean, fairly well maintained, and the amenities are second to none. It has a massive kids' play area with bouncy castles, video games, billiards, foosball, ping-pong tables; an indoor and outdoor pool with a water slide (we only visited the outdoor), an on-site petting zoo(!), multiple playgrounds, and a pond with ducks and geese to sit and ponder. Most of these are of course kids-oriented, but combined with the activities in the area, one could easily spend a week at this resort. There are also two EV chargers on site (7kWh / $3.50 per hour) - slow, but does the job. Of the negatives - the breakfast was not included in our stay, and for an average buffet it's on the expensive side ($25 adult / $15 kids). We ended up going to a nice cafe 5 minutes away. We spent two nights at this property and were very pleased with our experience. Would highly recommend to those vacationing with kids. As a corollary, if you're looking for a more grownup experience, you'll probably want to skip this one. Our family loved it though.

The location is excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe and received good service in English. The hot tubs had no jets working and the colour of the water was light yellow in the big one. The outside pool needed cleaning on the sides. We had no TV the second night due to a service repair issue and wasn’t offered any compensation. We were very disappointed in this as I had an injury and was confined to my room. The room was tidy but not extra clean we infact had blood droplets by our toilet and on one pillow case (we hope was from the cleaners!). We did tell front desk when we left. The price was low and it wasn’t worth any more for sure.
