The concierge seemed raciest and not very happy with visible minorities. No hi or bye, no smiles whatsoever, just one lady who we saw once seemed more friendly. Breakfast staff have no knowledge of English language and not very helpful. We had a good view room and the location is great, so easy to access around old town. In overall, it’s a good place to stay but not the best though.
