Room was clean with very reasonable mini bar prices. Breakfast was good with many options and all options of coffee. The staff were friendly and the room was cute and comfy. The location was excellent and walkable to most things. It was close to many cafes, restaurants and public transportation.

This is a very nice hotel in a nice, safe neighborhood. It is convenient to walk or take the bus to city center and it was nice to be out of the main tourist area. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and overlooked the street but was very quiet. The bathroom was small but had a really good shower. Breakfast had a good choice of food although seemed to have no orange juice. We had a suitcase go missing for three days thanks to KLM and the staff were particularly helpful. They recommended shops where we could buy clothes and also restaurants where we could eat. It is about a 10 minute walk to the start of the old town but not on a bus route. We were pleased with our choice.

Breakfast super affordable, good location just outside the city so it’s walkable to see the sights. Big beds (perhaps slightly too big for the room) but overall a very pleasant and affordable stay!

We had a lovely stay at your hotel. Old school style using actual keys and ledger which adds to the charm. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Older hotel but very clean and well maintained. Accesible to tourist destinations. Will stay again when back in Firenze!

I was pleasant surprised with tre hotel. Staff were very helpful and the hotel very charming. Comfortable beds and very good breakfast. The location was great because it was not on the busy downtown but yet in walking distance of restaurants and shops. It cost us 20 Euros for taxi each way from the Firenze Central Train Station.

Thank you for an excellent stay! An easy bus ride from the train station and then a short walk, we found Hotel Jane in excellent condition. The lobby, dining area, and hotel room were spotlessly clean, the staff very courteous and attentive, and the breakfast delightful and welcomed. The neighborhood was quieter than around the cathedral area, but the hotel is close to a grocery and restaurants. The bottle of wine was appreciated, too. We did not use W-Fi. In short, we would stay here again.

The Hotel Jane is a true gem. This small hotel is not only spotless, but its staff provides truly incredible service. The rooms are perfectly clean and well-equipped, and the peaceful location is perfect for unwinding. You'll also love having a superb wine bar and excellent gluten-free restaurants just a short walk away.

Amazing confort, great location, as well as a good price versus comfort relation.

Staff will go out of their way to meet your needs - for me that’s regular cappuccinos and a shuttle service to town.

The staff was awesome! Having parking available was a necessity. The room was clean though the AC could have been a little better. The breakfast was great and we were only a 20 minute walk to the historic center. Great place!

The family room is nice and spacious, and the breakfast is wonderful! The hotel has no parking facilities, although there is a parking lot nearby charges £15 per 24hr.
