I requested a infant crib and upon arrival i found out that they gave it to another guest. Fortunately they gave me a suite however i had to sleep on the pullout couch so the baby had somewhere to sleep on the main bed and i waa better off sleep on the floor

This hotel has limited staff and needs a good cleaning and updating of carpet, lighting etc. The bed was very comfortable, the pool area was clean, the housekeepers (especially the man) were very helpful. The staff was not friendly except for the male night clerk and the housekeeper. I think they are doing the best they can do with the resources they have, but the whole staff could be friendlier.

How is this a 3-star hotel?

Everything about this hotel screams "cheap!". The hot water that was only warm, the meager "breakfast" offerings that I wouldn't put in my mouth, to the lack of building maintenance such as water-stains on the ceilings, and broken equipment in the "fitness room"-it all screams "CHEAP".

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was loud. The continental breakfast lacked variety and we chose not to eat it. Overall it was average.
