Nice rooms and good location. The staff need to change their ways. The roiftop bar has terrible service abd the reception staff dont even look at you when entering, a simple hello would be nice..

It was me, my husband and two kids. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was close to everything. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was included and it was very much over expectation, it was super, and the staff working there was so service minded and kind.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was centrally located and all major attractions were walkable. The nightlife right in front of the hotel is very loud at night so if you’re stuck with a room towards the front, expect the noise level to be elevated late into the evening.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is centrally located and beautiful with a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. The only significant drawback is the noise- from the restaurants and bars outside and also sometimes from the hotel bar/club on the roof. Although far from ideal, we could just about adapt to the street noise. However the rooftop bar is extremely popular and on our first night (Friday) the sound coming through the ceiling on our first floor bedroom was so loud it felt like we were actually in the bar! I would recommend this hotel, but it depends what kind of break you are looking for

The place had a great location near the cathedral and had easily accessible parking. The staff was wonderful. For being in a fairly bustling part of town the rooms were very quiet.
