Affordable motel in good area.

This is an older motel, so it is not as clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Liked that i could park the car in front of my room. Area was quiet. Was able to have my dog and a smoking room which was a big plus. The cost was cheaper than surrounding hotels. Would stay again.

Regrets

I know it was a cheap room but the ratings seemed decent enough to give it a shot based on its location. I regret it. The room smelled like urine and there were drywall patches. Insufficient soap, the tub didn't drain, the curtains didn't close all the way, and there was no refreshing at all over multiple days.

The area around the hotel was very nice. The hotel property itself on the outside looked a bit shady and slightly run down which was surprising considering the area it’s surrounded by. The room was thankfully nicer than the outside of the place. Bed and shower were clean. Overall a good place to spend the night.

Was on a low budget trip to Cleveland and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame via motorcycle. Yes, I knew I was not checking in to a posh boutique hotel. But the overall experience was great. Spacious room. Quiet nights. No bugs. Great rate. That's all I was looking for and the WestSpring delivered.

Never staying here again

The first impression was run down and dirty. The door was dented with chipped paint. Once inside the bathroom was dingy and old. The beds were like sleeping on concrete and the floor was dirty. The walls were thin; I could hear everything going on in my neighbors room. The parking lot was frequently patrolled by the local police; that did not make anyone feel safe.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the coffee crap in the room was crap, older hotel, renovated for the most part not perfect, but the bed was clean and comfy air conditioner. Worked good bathtub. Had a crack in the fiberglass but the shower was fine. I wouldn’t pay their full rate. Luckily, I was able to get a discount through Hotels.com or Expedia was even less

Absolutely terrible. The place was gross, but it was late enough that i didnt have another option. Millipedes crawling on the walls. Charged me $50 for "leaving the room a mess" when i literally got there at 1 am, slept, woke up at 8 and left. Run by a bunch of scammers. Dont stay here.

For a night to just get some last minute snooze, its ok. The bathtub drained very very slower. Also if you're on the bottom floor, you can hear everything going on above you. Breakfast was cereal and waffles. The guy at the front desk was super nice and answered all of our questions.

I was honestly disappointed. The pictures on website were nothing like room received. It was vastly run down with holes in the walls..patches on walls. Positive was Bathroom and bedding were clean. Staff were courteous and friendly.. Free breakfast of cereal and toast was pathetic.

It was very noisy, They were working on room next to mines. People on floor above VERY NOISY STOMPING AND RUNNING ON FLOOR. MY SINK WOULD NOT DRAIN WATER. DOORS HAVE A LARGE AND LONG GAP UNDERNEATH. I COULD SEE OUTSIDE CLEARLY

The motel is conveniently located and the rate is reasonable. My only issue was with the frig in the room. It froze my food even though the setting was not on high. I never had a frig in a motel do that before.

Missing wall socket covers, broken bathroom door, moldy shower, shifting continuously running toilet. This place should be shut down by the health department. It was easily the worst experience I ever stayed at. As soon as I walked in, I had to use the air to remove the smell. I became ill and sick all night.
