It is a wonderful hotel and a great place to stay. It is conveniently located close to the beach, as well as many bars and nightclubs. However, the best part of my stay was the staff. The staff was great and helpful, but the room needs help. The Air conditioning ran the entire time and never got below 80 degrees, we were sweating just sitting in the room. The shower stand wouldn't stay up so the shower head was always at waist level. The floor is beat up and there are no outlets near the bed for a cpap machine. Thr location was good but I wouldn't stay there again.

Staff were very nice and helpful! I messaged them beforehand to ask if they could help me provide some small gift for us upon arrival as the trip was a surprise trip for my partner and they gave us a room upgrade. Very pleased and thankful. My partner has also been greeted with a Happy birthday which was nice. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms maybe need a little tlc especially the breakfast, location is not bad from centre of Barcelona and a big plus by the beach! Overall enjoyed our stay 😊

I booked a double room with a queen-size bed, but I was given a room with twin beds. I was not informed about this until I arrived in the room. When I called the reception, I was told that there was no availability, which is why they assigned me a twin room instead. I have a baby, and sometimes he sleeps with us because he feels uncomfortable sleeping alone in the baby cot. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more transparency and better service regarding room allocation. That said, the staff were respectful and helpful throughout our stay.

Very nice hotel. The location was good for me because it is close to the CCIB conference centre, but a bit far from the city centre. 12-15 min walk from the metro. Close to the beach. Not many cafes and restaurants around.
