My go to hotel for when attending concerts in Vancouver because its well priced and right next to the skytrain station. Have stayed more than once at this hotel and staff is always very friendly and helpful. Its an old hotel and nothing fancy, but its maintained well. Walking distance to all kinds of amenities. Will stay again in the future

We stay here every time we come down to new Westminster to visit our kids and it may not be the fanciest place around, but it’s a good price and the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are always clean and the staff is always extremely polite and helpful. We had a great stay here recently. Only a few steps to the beautiful water front and train. Friendly staff and the room was large and very clean. Carpet is a bit dated but not a deal breaker. We also received a coupon for 10% off next door at the restaurant.

Great location next to the SkyTrain station. Liquor store and a good sports bar attached. Karaoke gets loud on Fridays and the train can be heard, the odd time. Friendly Brazilian employee goes beyond the call of duty. Walking distance to great restaurants. Prices are extremely reasonable. Very clean.

We had a fantastic stay here, the rooms were clean and even at the back of the building right next to the skytrain station we had no issues with noise. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is just steps from the station making getting into the downtown core an absolute breeze. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall we had a great experience. The location is conveniently a stones throw from Columbia station, however this does mean having some of the noise from the train close by. Older hotel but kept fairly clean. Sky train is literally right there. AC didn't work very well. As I said older. But staff were friendly. Close to restaurants pub liquor store and theatre and grocery store not far away. Parking is across the road and just under 20 a day. Would stay there again
