The property is divided by ownership, time share, and hotel booking. It is conveniently located in front of the beach. The people and the staff were wonderful. Good restaurants at walking distance. The parking was NOT easy to get to if you have a big SUV and is very limited. The building is old and needs lots of renovations but we had a great time. Will not hesitate to stay there again. One last thing it’s near the airport so noise wise you will here the planes taking off.

Our flight was delayed so we got in late that’s not on them but when we asked if we could stay two hours after checkout they said no or we would have to pay $75 smh the bathroom door didn’t lock or stay closed the pool was out of order the internet was spotty. On the plus side the beach was beautiful some staff members were amazing some not so much it depends on who helped you out.

I come to the ESJ every year and Love This Hotel!! It’s a hit or miss for the pool due to maintenance but that doesn’t bother me at all due to the beach being right there and easy access to it.. Which is a super plus for me! The apartment was great staff was great as always! This Hotel is near everything!!

The rooms were great. However, finding the hotel is tricky because it’s actually attached to the ESJ Towers. Also, the parking is in a basement garage which was a little difficult and dark.
