I want my money back, I just stay in the hotel for 1 hour. This 3 hotels in one, I think that they are doing this to clean the others name. Every was horrible, the room, the commons areas, the service and the neighbourhood. This one star hotel and I can't believe that Expedia show me this like an option. The photos of the hotel have a good photoshop. Finally I run away of this hotel and they didn't give me money back so now I have to deal with Expedia for this

Bonjour, lors de mon séjour j ai déposé une caution de 100 euros en espèce, qu on m’a refusé de me rembourser soit disons y a une odeur de cigarette or je ne fume pas et cela fait plusieurs fois que je me rend dans cette hôtel, et je n ai jamais eu de problème, j’ ai laisser la chambre propre, merci de votre compréhension.

No me ha gustado eso de tener que pedir en recepcion cambiar las sábanas, ya que al pedirlo se olvidan y NO lo comunican. Estuve en el cuarto 702. Pedí 1-2 veces si podían limpiar el cuarto o almenos limpiar las sábanas, me dijeron que si pero lamentablemente no lo hicieron. Tuve que pedirselo amablemente a la señora de la limpieza, le doy las gracias por hacerlo pero podia no mostrar tanto enfado por el pedido que le hice. El servicio de recepción puede mejorar pero no pedire más porque es un hotel de 3 estrellas. Pero lo del servicio de limpieza... Menos mal que cambiaron las toallas

J'ai réservé une chambre avec lit double, j'ai eu 3 petits lits selon la réception car l'hôtel était plein. A 19h, je demande une intervention car je ne reçois pas toutes les chaines TV : personne ne viendra. L'hôtel est en travaux, nous sommes prévenus mais les chambres ne sont pas finies : tuyaux apparents, gel de lavage non accroché, des poches simplement posées. Ce matin, après avoir récupéré ma caution de 100€ (!!), une personne agréable qui me propose une boisson en dédommagement (je n'ai pas le temps). Il ne faudrait pas forcément louer des chambres quand les travaux ne sont pas terminés. Séjour donc très moyen.
