We weren’t told the hot tub was broken before we came so that was disappointing. The pool area was dirty with globs of hair everywhere, along with broken chairs.

The desk clerk was so rude! I arrived late in the evening, about 10pm, and the entire parking lot was full. At check in, I asked where I could park and the whole situation was horrible. The guy was awful saying that I was being mean to him and parking wasnt that hard, "they had enough spaces for each room." When i asked him about alternatives since all the spaces were full, he said i was being mean and he cancelled my reservation. No other comments, just "I've cancelled your reservatuon, you need to leave."
