There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

The hotel was clean, staff great and you get what you need but it’s old and tired and needs refurbishing.

Everything was very good, except they forgot to leave a towel for the shower. I told the representative at the desk and they brought us another towel.

Equipe educada e acolhedora. Café da manhã mediano.

Cheguei no hotel 21h e o quarto ainda estava indisponível. Achei desorganizado.
