We won't be back. Elevator was extremely slow and hesitant - nerve-wracking. Hallway on 3rd floor smelled strongly of spicy food that lingered throughout the entire stay, even in the room-was still there in the morning. Room: No clock anywhere in the room. Carpeting was disgustingly dirty, old, worn and clearly hadn't been cleaned/replaced in a LONG time. Pillows were flimsy. Mattress OK but bed frame squeeked with the slightest movement. NO USB ports anywhere to charge phones/devices. TV remote barely operable, obviously very cheap, buttons had to be pushed multiple times to get any response, even with new batteries! Not even a "do not disturb" hanger for the door; a male hotel employee holding a clipboard attempted to enter the room at 8:30 am after knocking very lightly at door - we weren't even certain someone was at our door until we saw the door handle move to be opened. We are 2 women and glad the extra latch prevented his actual entry, but had we been in the bathroom he would have gotten an eyeful through the gap!!! Breakfast: WEAK brewed coffee & the scrambled "eggs" tasted funny as if there was some kind of filler mixed in-disgusting. Parking lot small and full of cracks and potholes. This property obviously cuts every possible corner including several that sacrifice fundamental customer comfort - "only" $110 after tax, still was NOT worth the price. Economic shouldn't have to mean neglectful, dirty, aggravating and uncomfortable. Did not sleep well.
