Staff superb! An hour after we left, my wife realised that she had left her e-reader under her pillow. Receptionist said: I'll go to the room right now and phone you back. Four minutes later, she phoned to say it was now safe at reception and collect anytime. ps. Breakfast very good too.

Reception were fab, rooms were super clean and neat. We also had our 3 month old daughter and business double was a fine size. Location was again super, right near to central station so a wee tram into town and an easy walk back. 10/10 would definitely come back!

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent hotel right next to the train station and easy access to city transportation. There are super markets in the station and restaurants in the area. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful. We got a huge room and free city transportation passes for our stay.

Very accessible and conveniently located with lots of restaurants and groceries around and most importantly next to the main train station. The staff are very friendly and available all the time.

6/10 Good

Check in was disappointing. It took a long time but, more importantly, I’d requested next door rooms as I was travelling with my elderly mother. These had been requested several months ago and confirmed by the hotel but weren’t available on check in. Everything else was good. Parking at 20€ is too expensive though
