Hotel is in a great location on the main street. A continental breakfast would put this hotel over the edge for convenience.

Room was clean and spacious. Location closed to most tourist sites with a car. Staff friendly and helpful. My family of 4 stayed in the loft suite and that was ample space. No complaints at all, only wish breakfast was Included

We enjoyed the hotel. Our room could have used a desk and another suitcase caddie, but otherwise it was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The rooms are clean, big and spacious with enough spaces for parking. It’s near the Vernon downtown limits so it is quiet. Will repeat.

Nice hotel. Good size clean room with walk in shower. We stayed there for number of times before. Good location close to restaurants and shopping. Only problem was first night when there was loud noise in hallway and above our room lasting at least half hour. We had to call receptionist because was around midnight. It seemed to help. Next two nights there was no issue. Over all pleasant stay and we will be back.

Affordable, had the amenities we were looking for (pool, hot tub, fitness room) and a few things were extra nice. The restaurant and their staff were wonderful. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious. I'd stay here on my next Vernon trip. 👌
