This property is very centrally located and easy to get to the City and train station. Staff were very helpful and attentive. My lock in the suitcase was not working and they gave me tools for me to open it. I was happy otherwise I would have to tear my suitcase. Thank you

Mostly good, good breakfast, receiving staff did not seem that helpful ie did not let us know we could park for 10 minutes to unload outside of the hotel instead of first driving to the parking. Also AC was not on and no instructions about the button to do so, had to ask at the desk. Remainder of stay was good.

Hotel placed at central location, but no parking area at the Hotel , only very few. Rooms are outdated, small and unpractical Lacks of facilities Very basic breakfast, with no space for the guest. Polite staff Feels overpriced Hotel is more like a hostel

Nice and helpful staff. The room was very small and backed onto a yard with bottlebanks. Noisy. Receptionstaff were unclear whether I had already paid for the room at time of booking and as I could not remember, I paid in the hope thar Hotels.com wouldn't. When I booked the room, there was no mention of breakfast being included. However, it was. I knew we wouldn't be able to have breakfast due to an early departure so would not have booked this hotel had I known it was included (the room price would have included the cost of breakfast).
