The location suited me well, 5 min walk to airport bus, plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. I liked the room and the staff was very helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean, quiet, and spacious room, professional staff, generous and tasty breakfast buffet, steady WiFi, complementary water bottle in room and free refills in the lobby, quick hot water for the shower, plenty of counter space in the bathroom. A very pleasant and peaceful stay at a great value. Convenient location right on a major commercial pedestrian street with a variety of dining options, and just around the corner from a supermarket and a major public transportation hub.

The hotel staff was excellent, especially the young lady who checked us in - very delightful. The location was great. I did not have the breakfast because there were plenty of options nearby. The hotel is located on the longest shopping street in Vienna.
