My husband and I spent two nights of our honeymoon at The Amala and our experience here exceeded our expectations. The hospitality and service are definitely on par with 5 stars resorts but the price is very reasonable. We stayed at a pool villa and to our delight were given freebies such as welcoming bed arrangement, romantic bath set up, a 30-minute photoshoot within the villa and a small gift since we were on our honeymoon. My stay at Kumpi Villas was wonderful and the staff was amazing! Breakfast everyday was great and the staff was always so nice and welcoming and cleaned the room daily and did “turn down” service to have your bed ready when you returned from being outside from a long day. The villa is very nice and it’s great that they offer shuttle service to drop you into the town, if needed. We made a last minute booking for this hotel at Denpasar Airport just after we arrived and the room was ready by the time we got there. The reception had a tasty drink waiting and checked us in quickly without problem.
