The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the attractions and malls. There’s also ATM inside the hotel for cash if there’s paying issue with apps. We signed up private tours with the hotel arrangements, which were great with short or no lines going to Tiananmen Square and Gugong.

The manager at the counter was very rude towards me when I was checking out this morning. They had charged me Rmb $500 which my credit card company had billed me and she insisted that there is no payment. I even showed her my statement with the Rmb $500. Still refused to believe. We wasted 1 hour just highlighting it but to no avail. Even threatened me with the police when I said I won’t pay the full amount. Is that the way how the treat guests. Staff is rude especially to foreigners. Booked 2 Rooms for 6 people through Expedia. The hotel staff gave us 2 double rooms. When I told them, that 3 people cannot sleep in a double bed and we need rooms with 2 big beds. It took ages till I got at least one room with big beds. Manager accused me of being impolite and rude. After 2 hours not solving my problem, I think it is hard to stay polite.
