perfect location to travel kobe. room condition was good enough though i couldn't get cleaning service at expected time. i had to put on eco cleaning sign in order to get new towels. staffs were friendly and helpful. amenities were fully provided.

Excellent hotel in Kobe

The location is excellent and convenient no matter you take the JR, other trains or underground. There are also many choices of cafe, restaurants, shops and department stores. The view from the room is just spectacular and breathtaking, overlooking almost the whole of central Kobe, the sea and the hill. Strongly recommended for short or long stay.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very efficient and made everything like new again every time. Thousands of restaurants near by and the hotel elevator can be reached from within Sanomiya Station, so it could not be more convenient. It has to be the best location in Kobe.

Direct access to JR station, the hotel is super convenient, many cafes, restaurants and stores within within 50m distance, lively surroundings but it’s also quiet. Love the Rokko Mountain View from the room and the massage chair is a plus.
