Located in a perfect location, you are very close to everything a person would want to explore in Utrecht while not being right on top of it. It was quiet but felt lively. The location is perfect. Reception team was wonderful. The cleanliness should be improved. The room was quite dirty, dust on most of surfaces, messy vanity table, hair in the bathtub, brown stains in the toilet, sink and shower. No coffee machine in the room as provided. We did not do the breakfast as they don’t have high chair for small children.

Beautiful hotel with a distinctive charm. I stayed in one of the partial attic rooms with stairs going up from the door into the room and an angled roof with two windows. Space was very functional and efficient and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful in several ways

The staff were the kindest and most helpful people; they helped us carry our luggage into the hotel, stored our luggage until our room was ready, and brought them up to our room while we were out seeing the sights. Nice bathrooms, noise level high.

Clean room and hotel. Hot shower and heated floors in bathroom. Otherwise noise level was loud, earplugs are provided by hotel which is always a sign of the noise level, mostly internal hotel/ restaurant noise. Street was quiet. Room 100 on the ground floor not recomended.
