Ideal location beside the train station. Easy to visit Rügen and Usedom on a day trip. 5 minutes walk from the start of the old town. Staff were very helpful at reception on several.occasions. I would stay here again.

The hotel is fully up to international standards and that most travelers come to expect. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and professional. The hotel is literally next to the train station and very convenient, especially if guests need to catch a very early train. The hotel's architecture is modern and clashes with the historic aesthetics of the train station and the city in general.

Unser Zimmer lag im Bereich zum Innenhof, so war die Aussicht nichts besonderes, dafür aber ruhig. Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe für 12€ (Tagesticket) mit Zugang zum Hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es lag zu einer kleinen Innenfläche raus, wodurch es total ruhig war. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Für jeden was dabei.... und vor allem sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Jede Frage wurde freundlich und ausgiebig beantwortet. Wenn ich was ändern würde: 1. Der Duschkopf könnte etwas größer sein jnd mehr Kraft haben 2. Ein Haltegriff in der Nähe der Dusche wäre nett. Wenn man etwas unsicher auf den Beinen ist, ist es hilfreich sich irgendwo festhalten zu können beim aussteigen aus der Dusche. Aber das sind echt nur 2 kleinigkeiten.

Sehr zentrale Lage, wirkt aber nicht besonders einladend. Automatencheck-in ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Das reservierte Einzelzimmer war als Vierbettzimmer vorbereitet, mit ausgezogener und als Doppelbett hergerichteter Schlafcouch. Das machte es ungemütlich, wurde aber auf Rückfrage als Upgrade bezeichnet. Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig, konnte nachts die Fenster öffnen, was bei stickiger Luft im Zimmer angenehm war. Frühstück gut, aber Frühstücksraum sehr voll, da auch Reisegruppe(n) im Haus
