Check in, out was a breeze. Renovations in North section was disruptive, no hot water. Then reallocated in South wing, was much better. Grest dtaff, great location; close to things we needed incl Tango show.

10/10 Exceptional

The room is great, the breakfast is lovely (I ordered the fried eggs every day), and they were easy to work with every time that we needed to check bags (which was all of the times...). We had 3 stays over 2 weeks (popping in and out of BA), and they were great every time.
