Good location and straff, the sofa bed in our family room was a bit too hard and no air conditioner but the staff got us fans for our rooms. Had a great stay.

Nice stay, lack of staff.

Nice stay. Lack of staff, long line for check-in. In the morning at around 7:30 a team of workers started to drill into the concrete in order to make renovations. We spoke with the front desk about it and we received a refund for the issue.

Nice town & staff!

We got a room over a bar open til 05.00, no sleep & couldn’t have a window open in a hot room the music & the noice from the traffic was high. But day 2 we got a new quiet room. Beds was to hard. A lovely town so many beautiful houses!

Generally speaking a decent hotel, but there is no air con/ventilation in the rooms and the road outside is so busy all day and night that sleeping with an open window was not an option. So we had a very hot night, even if it was only mid-May. Must be terrible in summer!

Har för några år sedan bott på detta hotell flera gånger, innan det blev Ramada. Det verkar som om inte mycket blivit gjort sedan dess, för rummet såg likadant ut, bara mera slitet: O.K. sängar, men termostaten i duschen var riktigt dålig och levererade ömsom iskallt och skållhett vatten. Trasigt eluttag vid dörren, som utgjorde fara för beröring, hoppas inga barnfamiljer ska bo där innan detta åtgärdas. Mycket centralt beläget, med svårigheter att parkera eller ens stanna för att bära in bagaget. P-hus intill med ockerpriser (€ 24 för en natt!). Frukosten provade vi inte, för € 20 är orimligt: finns kaféer i närheten som serverar utmärkt frukost för € 6,50! Inte prisvärd vistelse!

Middelmådig oplevelse

Vi kommer til hotellet omkring kl. 16 ish, damen i receptionen er mindre smilende, men vi betaler lokale skatter og 40 € for 2 gange morgenmad, hvilke jeg syntes lyder vanvittigt, vi går på værelset hvilke vender ud mod havnen, super lækker udsigt og da der bliver mørkt er udsigten endnu flottere med lys langs vandet og på de forskellige caféer. Jeg finder ud af at vi allerede er opkrævet afgifter/skatter hjemmefra, dette fortæller jeg i receptionen men hun taler og forstår meget lidt engelsk at vi opgiver, i skrivende stund venter vi på svar fra Hotels.com i forhold til dobbelt opkrævet skatter(det er 5 dage siden jeg sendte mail). Så alt i alt en middelmådig oplevelse.

Moderne kjedehotell meget sentralt i Flensburg. Stort og flott rom som vendte ut mot en stille gate. Gode senger og flott bad. Frokost er ikke inkludert, og man må parkere i et offentlig parkeringshus. Motorsykler har ikke adgang til parkeringshuset, så der er det gateparkering som gjelder. Det var kun én person i resepsjonen ved innsjekk, så det ble veldig lang ventetid. Alt i alt - hvis man vil bo nær havnen og gågaten, er beliggenheten ypperlig.

God placering, men flere mangler

Personale i receptionen talte meget dårligt engelsk og var svære at forstå. Der manglede belysning på værelset (suite) og der var ingen shampoo. Det forventer man er i orden. Hovedpuderne lugtede så surt, at vi var nødt til at få dem skiftet. Vi måtte vente over 1 time på at personalet kom med rene puder. Placering af hotel er god og parkeringshus lige ved siden af.
