There was used q tips on the windowsill. The toilet was clogged it took them several hours to unclog . The tv was “out” the entire 3 days we stayed . Room service never came once to take trash or bring clean towels . It was dirty , and by far the worst place we have stayed at in Havasu . Won’t be back .

There were some cleanliness issues like things left in the fridge, popcorn on the floor, and a few hairs found here and there. The chairs outside were worn and torn and the pillows were not comfy so I woke up everyday with a neck-ache/headache. The view was beautiful outside the patio and there was plenty of parking for the trailer. Workers were nice.
