10/10 Exceptional

Clean and spacious rooms, quiet and yet 50m from Mariahilfe, Vienna main shopping street, walking distance to the Vienna city center. Great breakfast.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location in the middle of the main shopping street. Also the metro station is just steps away from the main entrance, bringing a convenient way of moving around.

Hotel’s pretty old but well maintained. Great space for 3 pax. Location’s right smack in the middle of the city and close to other attractions by foot

Everyting from staff to location to room & breakfast where all excellent!

8/10 Very good

The hotel is spacious (we had the family room) and it was really nice to have a microwave and fridge. Bed is very comfortable. It was quiet and had great air conditioning (also nice because we were there during the heatwave). The room set up is a bit strange, there’s a big desk and a wardrobe in the bathroom that doesn’t have many shelves. Overall the room is missing some practical storage space. Staff were nice and helpful. It’s a good location right in the centre close to shops and restaurants.

6/10 Good

Staff is great but the room is tired, there was damage to the tiles and sink, felt cheap. Room good size.

Everything was very nice, the room was very spacious and clean, the only thing we had problem was with the shower, but other than that I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the beautiful city of Vienna.

Location. Location. Location. At the heart of Vienna shopping district, right on the metro, solid 4-star, a bit more square footage than in some other places.

Good functional hotel close to museums.

Well situated but tricky to find the entrance first time. We had a superior room which was spacious and clean.

Hotel faces parking area so can be difficult to find. Great location, lots of shopping and dining. The metro is in same location as hotel.
