We had a really lovely stay here. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful - offering local advice, booking taxis when needed, and always going the extra mile to help. The room had air conditioning which was very much appreciated in the warm weather during our stay. Really ideally situated in the Gothic Quarter, only around a 30 minute walk to the City Centre but within minutes of a Metro station. Would absolutely stay here again

We had a 4 night stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and smiling at all times from the front of house team to the lovely lady that manages the breakfast buffet. The modern side of the hotel building is showing it's age but our room was clean and kept well by the housekeeping team. As others have mentioned in reviews, the 2nd floor picks up a lot of noise from the street below..but this is to be expected in a city centre. Overall, a really nice stay in a super convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.

Thought the ruins exhibit beneath the walkway on the way to the bar was very unique. The staff were excellent. We enjoyed our room with the terrace overlooking the cathedral.
