10/10 Exceptional

We had a kitchenette suite, which was a big plus for our family. The cleaning staff seemed to do a good job. While hotel construction/renovations were still underway, the large and bright new lobby/restaurant area had just opened and was a great spot to take a break and enjoy a quick snack. No complaints, would stay here again.

This was a fabulous hotel! Great service, rooms were fantastic, and location was great. Only downside was the hottub wasn’t done yet so we had to walk next door to use the sister hotel. Otherwise great stay!

Staff friendly and helpful, room spacious and an attractive and convenient place to stay A good 15 min walk to the main shops and restaurants, we drove in, however there is a restaurant on site Pool and sauna was a bonus, shared with next doors property

If you can avoid getting a room overlooking the pool (SO noisy!), this hotel is great! The staff are incredibly accommodating and were happy to move me to a quieter room. It's a little tricky to navigate at the moment, but I believe that's due to the ongoing renovations. Overall, I'd stay here again!

Excellent location, friendly staff. Had a very pleasant stay but as it was during construction there weren’t any amenities available but you could use the neighbouring hotel. Very clean and lovely modern, spacious room. Would stay again, especially as construction is due to be finished soon.

The hotel is currently under construction, so the access to the 3rd floor was inconvenient. Our room was clean and modern and comfortable. But it was very expensive. Once the renos are complete, it will be a nice place to stay during off-season when the cost is more reasonable.

Great hotel in an excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages was the ample parking, which made coming and going very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel stay was amazing, rooms were spacious and have all the amenities you need. Walkable distance from the main market. Unfortunately, Pool was under maintenance but they arranged with other hotel but didn’t use.

The hotel is going through renovation, once it is completed, the property will be a great place to stay. The rooms are brand new with innovative approach and design., beyond the usual outdated concepts. We liked a lot the room and the furniture

Great location and well-maintained property. The new construction is a hassle but hopefully over soon. Peaceful, at the edge of town, yet 15-20 minutes walk to the town center. Room with modern amenities, but missing a closet!! The hotel will need to increase parking with its new expansion. Courteous and efficient registration. Nice hotel.
