Very well located in nice area which is 5 minutes from the central train station. We got a family superior room as we traveled with my teenage daughter and wanted her to have her to have her own space. The set up was great! Breakfast is fantastic especially for people with dietary restrictions. My daughter is Celiac and she had many options including gluten free pancakes which were made just for her. She loved it!

Poorly managed and run down

Room smelled of black mold, really poor service in the reception and the hotel "bar" was a small kiosk that closed very early. Overall a pity as its a very nice classic building in a great location.

Gracious hotel with great location

Lovely old hotel in a premier location for access to the rail station, on the primary square but surprisingly quiet in the evening. Immediate access to Lille Torg with its many cafes though an excellent one is through that square to street on your left ( Eco ? something look for it . It is Italian and above your expectations.)We had a superior twin room which had a king size very comfy bed and plenty of room. Housekeeping was excellent as is the decor. Breakfast is very good as is the level of service throughout the hotel. Walkable to all attractions. Great stay!

The property was nice but it was marketed as appropriate for 4. The fold out couch was just barely bigger than a twin bed and did not accommodate our 2 children. It made for a miserable night of sleep. Wish we would have known that it would not be appropriate for our family.

Love the location as it was a mere 3 mins' walk from the train and bus stations. Also, easily walkable to the main attractions in Malmo as well as a lot of good dining options. Beds were comfy and rooms were very clean. Only con was our room was on second floor, right above main street, so some street sounds can be heard at night. But it was also a great place to people watch from our windows. Breakfast spread was really good & tasty. Highly recommend it. Service staff were also warm and welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay in Malmo!

Great location. Wonderful breakfast buffet. It’s an old hotel with a lot of charm. Shows signs of wear, especially in our bathroom which had a water leak from the tub. Also, the beds were a bit too soft and some lamps did not work. Lastly, the hotel flew two pride flags and had another such flag on the front desk which made us feel not welcome.

Nice vintage hotel but amenities need to be upgraded. The wifi was very poor. TV is not smart, and only had 1 English channel- BBC News. There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, housekeeping or order room service. No safe in the room. Finally, the hotel should accept cash for small purchases from their shop. Our daughter was quite disappointed she could not buy a simple chocolate bar- the staff turned her away, :( :(
