We stayed in Harrogate to go to a show which was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel, along with all the main shops and restaurants in the town, along with the bus and train station. The room was comfortable and clean and had the usual drinks tray also a small fridThe bathroom was clean with a shower over the bath Air conditioning was in the room but i didn't have it on.

6/10 Good

Reception and bar areas are beautiful and very clean. Hotel staff couldn't be more helpful however the rooms are very dated and would get the same room quality in the Premier inn down the road for about £200 a night cheaper!

10/10 Exceptional

Great stay. The room was clean and had a great view. The breakfast was tasty and there was no queue to get in. Staff were helpful and we were able to put the car in the carpark on the morning we arrived. It would have been nice if the tables at breakfast were wiped between sittings rather than the crumbs just being swept with a hand onto the chairs.
