From the moment we first arrived we were greated with a warm and friendly smile to help us get settled in with ease. The location is superb - being just less than a leisurely 10 minute walk to the different shops and eateries downtown. Check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. The staff was very helpful with everything - including securing a taxi at one of the busiest times of the year! 10/10 Highly Recommend

Great Hotel in Cognac

The hotel is close to many attractions and restaurants. Cognac from this hotel is very walkable. We had a car and were able to park across the street at a free parking lot that always had space available even thought it’s not very big. The hotel was very spacious, clean, quiet and equipped with AC. The breakfast was a su charge but it was delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who don’t want to break the bank yet want a good comfy clean hotel.

Not bad but not great.

Wish someone there spoke better English. But that didn’t bothers me as much. But what did bother me a lot. Is they need to put a safe and refrigerator in the room.

Två nätter i Cognac

Bra Hôtel nära centrum. Bra personal hjälpte till vid behov. Rummet bra ingen lyx men helt ok , bra säng .

Super accueil, rien a redire.
