Breakfast was terrible, cheese and ham looked like it had been out all night, some items have been used up and stuff would not replace them. Bathroom was dirty and dated smelt like sewage.

Friendly recepcionist

Nice restaurant right by the hotel. Rooms in all Ibis could be a bit bigger...But nice to know that, wherever you go, you are going to get exactly the same, including good TV channels in English !

8/10 Very good

I stay IBIS because I know what to expect. This was no exception. The only reason I gave 3 stars for staff and service is because I was left waiting at the unattended front desk for check-in. That said I later noticed the front desk person doubling as dining room hostess and order taker! I felt sorry for her and think IBIS should spring for additional staff coverage.

Please improve.

No one in the reception for more than 40 minutes. Also there was an issue with the hot watter. The water was so bad. I was not ablemto wven wash my teeths.

2/10 Poor

Did not get a room even though we paid for it

When we arrived, we had already paid for the room through hotels.com. But the man at the desk said that they were full. He was very arrogant and instead started to talk to the other customers. We therefore had to find another hotel and are still waiting to get our money back.
