Great hotel in our favorite part of Jurmala. Rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need (had to ask to get a kettle though). For some reason they are using shower gel in shower-gel-type tubes as hand wash - inconvenient. Good variety at the buffet breakfast but not much variety day-to-day. Parking on the premises is hard to get in high season (and the "coin" system is weird) but enough street parking options around the hotel (watch out for parking forbidden signs though).

Very strange hotel in a beautiful area

Strange experience at this hotel where they did not seem to have much experience with foreigners. The front desk was not that service-minded, it took a long time to find a parking spot, and not much help was provided to get into the parking lot which was not self-explanatory as everything was written in Latvian. The hotel seemed like a small time warp from older days for Latvians. The pool area is not as nice as the pictures show. The bar by the outdoor pool was closed even though the weather was beautiful. Also, we never managed to go to the sea even though it is very close by - couldn’t find the way. The hotel has many good facilities but we did not feel that comfortable and wouldn’t want to return.

Elevator is a big trouble. It takes almost forever to wait until it arrives, which is especially important if You live in the upper floors. There is lack of tables in the restaurant during the breakfast, even though we came there quite early on 8:30. In result other people came to eat at our table - so it was not calm enjoyable breakfast time with family, it was eating in a silence with a strangers. Last week when we stayed - situation was absolutely the same.

Bra hotell med fin spa-avdeling og bassengområde. Kort vei til stranden og lokale restauranter. Kort vei til togstasjon for tur til Riga. God service. Få og trege heiser trekker noe ned. De var aldri tilgjengelige, så vi valgte stort sett trappene. Det trekker også ned at det ikke var blendingsgardiner på rommet. Det ble veldig lyst om morgenen.

Veldig fin og familievennlig hotell.

Vi har vært her 2 år på rad. Kjempe fin og familievennlig hotel rett ved stranda. Super service, fine rom, masse aktiviteter til barn, fin spa området, vennlige priser. Vi skal tilbake!

Stille og rolig hotell langt fra sentrumskjernen

Flott og luksuriøst hotell med basseng inne og ute. Et avslappende sted for alle! Praktisk når det er dårlig vær under oppholdet og vi ikke fikk badet på stranden. Dårlig informasjon ang. spa og opplevelser utenfor hotellet. Også dårlig kommunikasjon med renhold. De rengjorde ikke rommet før nest siste dagen, vi var der 4 overnattinger. En dag fjernet de alle håndklærne og toalettartikler uten å erstatte dem, (det var også ille ang. miljøprofilen de har), men informasjonsdesken var hyggelige og ordnet med nytt til oss.

Varje gång jag bor på hotellet är allt jättebra. Snäll och duktig personal. Rent och fint. Nu nyttrenovärat överallt. Fint och fresh och stor spa. Den här gången fick en födelsedag kaka. Det var jätte snäll och omtänksamt. Tack så mycket för fint vistelse varje gång jag kommer
