I love staying in boutique hotels when I travel. The staff here spoke excellent English and were very nice and accommodating. The room was small by American standards but it was perfect with nice AC and very modern bathroom. Comfy bed too! There were lots of cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby and it was quiet at night. Good breakfast and we loved coming back from touring a having a nice coffee/espresso in the lobby upon our return. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a boutique hotel in a quiet street just 5 minutes away from 2 subway stations. There are various good restaurants in the street and a bakery in the corner. My recommendation is the Le Parme. Hotel rooms are decently sized for European standards. The service and staff are second to none and the breakfast, although not sophisticated, is delicious.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! i wasn't expecting much since it was not an expensive property, but it was extremely attractive and full service. I'm not a breakfast person, but they have complimentary croissants and coffee in the lobby (as well as instant coffee in the room). The staff was friendly and helpful. I've already recommended Le Grey to friends and family.

The boutique hotel is in a great location, walkable to many attractions or near public transit. Rooms are on the small side but very comfortable . Easy distance to some excellent non-touristy restaurants in under 5 minute walks. I would skip the hotel breakfast as there are many better places outside. Breakfast was inconsistent in quilts and selections. Lobby has coffee and tea 24x7. The hotel vibe seems like more flavor rather than in a touristy area

Family holiday to Paris and booked Le Grey after reading reviews. The family room 33/34 had two rooms each with twin beds which could be converted to one, meaning parents and children have their own space. Really well located for walking around Paris, under 5 minutes from Place de Clichy metro station. Staff were excellent and simply providing free coffee (Nespresso) and water made a difference. Nice lounge area to sit in also. Breakfast was a good quality and included pastries, fruit, bread and cheese as well as fresh juice. We would certainly book and stay here again when returning to Paris.

Some staff members were more helpful and friendlier than others. Could be because of the language barrier but a couple of staff members seemed annoyed when approached with questions or requests. Location was convenient if you don’t mind walking or taking public transportation. We enjoyed all walks and felt safe! Hotel was clean. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea.
