It is not the first time that we stayed here. This time though, we went a week before the season "started", so almost everything was closed. It would be great if this kind of thing gets communicated clearly to all guests to avoid disappointment.

Not what we expected from a 5-star Hotel

Hotel room is outdated. When we came, the bed looked like someone just used it. It was wrinkly and dirty which was fixed immediately after we told the reception about it. The resort needs upgrading with its amenities and standards. The condition of the resort now doesn’t appear to be as a 5-star Hotel. The beach is full of trash all over its shore. Very disappointing to see that cleaning the main attraction is not in the hotels priority. Parking is confusing, lack of signs and no parking near the hotel. Did not really enjoy our stay due to higher expectations. Not what I think is worth the price.

Fräscha fina rum och supersnabb incheckning. Tyvärr soppåsar i korridorerna från gästerna. Frukostbuffén välfylld och serviceinriktad personal, hade dock gärna sett mera leenden. Äventyrsbadet ger valuta för pengarna, men damernas omklädningsrum hade en "matta" av tvålvatten och hår som behövt mera tillsyn. Helheten är ett bra hotell!

Bodde i sommarstuga som var enkel, men rymlig för 5 personer och hund. Mysigt område och fin strand. Vore trevligt om hand- och duschtvål, kaffe, salt och peppar etc ingick. Smidig incheckning, men fick ingen information om ev möjlighet att låna handdukar etc. Lite tråkigt med lista i stugan på vad saker kostar om de går sönder eller om man inte städat rätt, men antar att det behövs för oaktsamma gäster. Bilar kör långsamt i området, men det borde finnas hastighetsbegränsning för cyklar och elsparkcyklar också. Maten på skeppet var dålig, överkokta nudlar och smaklösa, tråkiga köttbullar m potatismos. Men de hade fin uteservering mot stranden. Testade inga fler restauranger.
