Good location but very basic amnesties. There was no secure way to store luggage at the lobby which was a big inconvenience…they would put the luggage out in the open, accessible to anyone who enters the building (only camera surveillance). Bring your own slippers, or you’ll have to buy them at a vending machine.We were 3 adults and we only got 2 bath towels (ridiculous). The facilities were more like apartments then normal hotel.

Location is great. As long as you stay at 24th or 25th Floor, view is excellent. Only downside is, there is no actual frontdesk- only communicate through the phone or text. Hard to request anything

The self check in was quite difficult for myself and my sisters who are Korean from America. We didn’t have a Korean number to use when checking in. The lady that works at Euro coffee was super helpful and kind enough to help us. Once we did check in, though the room was clean and had a nice view, we needed extra towels and shampoo at one point and didn’t know how to contact anyone about it. Thankfully we bumped into the housekeeper who was very friendly and helped us. I also like the Emart convenience store was open 24hrs. PleaE make it easier for foreigners!

This was not my first time visiting this hotel in Busan. Couple times I traveled Busan with my dogs, I’d just stay here just because it’s a decent and well- known pet friendly hotel in Busan for a long time. The most upsetting part was sanitary conditions. ( & A poor service of staffs as well! ) They do have a good dog mat which prevents dog’s dislocation & they can walk around safely but was so dirty & old that I could see the stains and old piled up dust/ pee whatever over the mat design. It was also a small size which designed for hallway. ( Since I’ve also used the same dog mat brand, idk why they put the hallway size which was narrow, and small. ) Anyway, the mat area is where dogs stay and was definitely not clean AT ALL. We had to clean a whole part of the mat and the floor in general. They also put only 2 pee pads in the room which was ridiculous since there’s no reception/ where to ask. About the poor service, each time that I had to make a call for asking more doggy pads, changing the towels( 3 days stay) or emptying trash cans … They sounded like they’re bothered and answered with a slow, offensive tone. If my friends/ families ever ask me about this hotel, I Will Not Recommend them here to stay.

An overnight stay is not enough. Wished we had stayed longer. The place is close to the tourist attractions and it is also walking distance from the mall and shopping places. There is also a night market close to the hotel, which we enjoyed the most. Will definitely go back here.

Nous sommes restées 4 nuits et c’était top. La chambre était impeccable, très propre. La localisation était top (la plage a 2 minutes à pieds, des restaurants, supérettes etc dans la rue). Il y a même une supérette dans l’entrée de l’hôtel avec un café aussi. On avait une chambre au 14eme étage, avec une superbe vue mer et bulding. Le balcon est un vrai avantage. La literie est très confortable. Serviettes et bouteille d’eau sont fournies tous les jours. L’insonorisation entre les chambres est bien, si vous êtes sensible au bruits prenez des bouchons car on entends l’extérieur avec le balcon mais rien de très dérangeant non plus. Petit bémol le coin cuisine (plaques par exemple) ne sert que pour la décoration, vous ne pouvez pas cuisiner (d’ailleurs il n’y a aucunes vaisselles dans la chambre). Mais vous avez une bouilloire et le frigo. Metro à 10/12 minutes à pieds. Je recommande l’hôtel et j’y reviendrai
