Ok budget stay

One night. Save 30$ and no breakfast. A little rundown but reasonably clean. Has electric 2 burner heater, larger frig and microwave. No ammenaties other than small soap and shampoe. Similar to a motel 6 size room. Area is good off the freeway with other hotels around. Ok for limited budget.

Property manager and housekeepers were very rude. Customer service was very poor. With dirty sheets and pillows also had roaches. I had a very bad experience.

Torn bedsheet, dirty room with toilet flush not functioning. It is a very poorly maintained property. I have seen homeless people living in a ground level room with their stuff outside the in a shopping cart. Felt unsafe. Therefore, didn't stay there.

Smells clean, but not worth the low price!

My first sign that this was a no-go should have been the bullet hole in the front door of my room, but I thought I'd give it a try since the bullet didn't make it all the way through the steel door. Everything was dirty from the ceilings to the floors, including the bedsheets, even though the room smelled heavily of pine cleaner. It was the end of a very long day, so I went to sleep only to wake up the next morning to roaches crawling around the "kitchenette" (I put it in quotes because it was only a microwave and small refrigerator, no type of cooktop or anything). I was going to discuss it all at length with the front desk, but I was thankfully reassigned to a different city for my work, so I did not have to stay there another night. The clerk at the desk when I checked out did not seem surprised at my report, and only offered a "sorry".

The whole check in process was hard. **WARNING: YOU MUST PAY A $40 CASH DEPOSIT UPON CHECK IN!!** The room was freezing when we went in. When we turned to air up to warmer setting the room started to sweat. The floor was soaked by morning. The humidity was worse inside than it was outside. It made everything in the room damp. The shower had mild. You get what you pay for if you like being damp all night.

The tub was filthy and so were the walls, the door knob looked like someone had previously tried to break in the room. There was a dead roach smashed on the wall, who knows how long it had been there. The curtain was barely hanging on the slider and there were stains on the bedspread.

Hotel room from hell

The toilet didn't flush, so I had feces and urine piled up in my toilet over night. The bed was broke and made a lot of noise just turning over. I woke up with a bug on my arm. As I was leaving, I drove past my room and saw housekeeping just removing the comforter. They straighting up the sheets and left them on the bed. With the toilet not flushing just let me know that the rooms are not being clean properly. There is no way you can clean a toilet if it can't flash. I asked for a refund and denied me.
